Cressi Egypt’s Return & Exchange policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on Cressiegypt.com within 2 days of receipt of your order. If 2 days have gone by since receipt of item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your ordered item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing with all original tags & packaging intact.
To return the item
- Contact our customer support number at (+2)01002137551 or (03) 5741308 at [email protected] within 2 days from the day your order is delivered.
- An email will be sent containing a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and attach to the package. A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.
- Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
- Once we receive your return, we will do a Quality Check of the product at our end and if the product passes our Quality check parameters we will refund the amount you paid for the products by bank transfer within 2 business weeks. To receive the refund, please send an email with the following details to [email protected] :

- Account Holder Name
- Bank Account Number
- Bank Name
- Branch Address
- In case of exchange, for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item or a wrong item delivered, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
- If the returned or exchanged product does not pass our Quality Check we shall return it back to you.
- If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.
THE FOLLOWING RULES & EXCEPTIONS APPLY TO THIS POLICY:
- All items that are under the Offers or Promotions are not entitled for a return or exchange. Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy – When the offer notes states so specifically are items that cannot be returned.
- In case you had purchased an item which has a free gift | offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, Maximum of refunds – MRP of Free item will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gifts / Offer items that are shipped along with it.
To return a product to www.cressiegypt.com , please follow the steps:
- Keep the item ready for pick-up. You can choose to schedule a pick-up of your order or self -Ship your return to us. We offer pick-ups of your returns in selected locations. This option will be available to your when you submit your return online.
- Pick-up: If you choose to schedule a pick-up, please put the product with accompanying tag and a filled out returns form in a packet. Leave the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our staff will initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Fulfillment Center. Once your product has been approved by our quality staff we will credit your account with cash-back. We will pick up the return within 48 hours of your placing the request. Please keep the return shipment ready.
- Self-ship: If you choose to self-ship, please pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags and a filled out returns form. Kindly address the package to the address of our Fulfillment Center.
We will send you a confirmation email as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request by going to the return section.
